Macro Leadership considers the entire organization and the context it is in. It is focused on launching the organization into the future towards a meaningful mission through strategy development and execution. Understanding organizations as systems is key to successful decision-making, and growing the adaptable mindset needed to be a future-proof leader is at the core of this curriculum. This leadership requires a higher-level thinking to identify what is most important for success and guide the organization towards it with fully engaged employee alignment.
