The Aspen Business Group provides professional consulting services, management and leadership training, human resource development, strategic planning and alignment, value building, and technology commercialization for businesses and organizations. Over the last 18 years, Disberger has served as an advisor to over 2,250 businesses, nonprofit organizations, government agencies, and educational institutions. Disberger helps managers align strategic, operational, and cultural functions to execute strategies and improve performance. He is an expert in organizational assessment, strategy, performance management, decision support, and process management. Russell lectures on decision-making, business simulation, and strategy and is also an author, radio talk show host, seminar leader, expert witness, and facilitator.

Course Outline: The course will be divided into four sections, covering each of the four disciplines of execution: Focus on the Wildly Important, Act on the Lead Measures, Keep a Compelling Scoreboard, and Create a Cadence of Accountability. The program will consist of four virtual sessions, and each will be four hours for a total of 16 hours of instruction. Coursework will cover how to test and execute strategic priorities to get results, how to effect change in human behavior, how to measure work-related stress, and how to use the four disciplines of execution in your organization. All program participants will receive a Mercer University certificate of completion.

Cost: $975 per person. Registration fees cover program materials, 16 hours of instruction, two hours of one-on-one coaching, and a Mercer certificate of completion.
