Participants will explore advanced NLP concepts such as Named Entity Recognition (NER) and Topic Modeling and learn how to integrate ChatGPT with other business tools like CRM and social media platforms. The course features hands-on workshops where attendees will develop business-specific use cases, such as automating customer service and generating marketing content.
