Emerging Leaders

Mercer’s Emerging Leaders program is for individuals who take initiative, are forward-thinking, possess strong people skills, have influence, can motivate others, are problem-solvers, and desire to grow their leadership skills.

The Emerging Leaders program begins with a foundation in Self-Awareness that supports the absorption and integration of learnings to-come. This is followed by additional modules to create the Management Skills Toolbox. At this point, we will cover foundational topics like culture, communication, assigning and tracking responsibilities, meetings, team dynamics, and conflict.

The final program components invite participants to Manage the Business while thinking like senior leaders. We will examine where their teams fit within the organization, how to best support company-wide objectives, and how to influence organizational effectiveness.

Many organizations are concerned about their leadership pipelines and this Emerging Leaders program will provide the tools needed to develop individuals into the next level within your organization. Leadership development is one of the most important human capital areas companies should invest in today to best prepare for tomorrow.
