AI for Beginners

The Beginner program serves as a gateway into the world of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and ChatGPT, providing small business owners and professionals with a foundational understanding of these powerful tools. Participants will learn the basics of NLP, including key concepts like tokenization and sentiment analysis, and explore how ChatGPT can be utilized for various business applications. The course includes practical sessions on setting up and interacting with ChatGPT, crafting effective prompts, and addressing common challenges. By the end of the course, attendees will have the skills to start using ChatGPT to enhance their business operations and customer interactions.

Program Details

Format

The AI for Beginners Series is offered in an in-person format. The in-person component will be held on January 24, 2025 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Mercer School of Business Atlanta Campus, Room 007.

Cost

The certificate program is $350 per person. Registration fees cover program materials, a Mercer certificate of completion, and instruction. Special pricing is available for current Mercer University faculty and staff, alumni, and for three or more individuals registering from the same organization.
