This five-day course will provide you with the skills needed to more effectively and efficiently develop and implement organizational projects, as well as provide you with the necessary preparation to pass the PMP Certification. This course is based on the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) developed by the Project Management Institute. You will learn the step-by-step PM methodology for delivering projects on time using advanced techniques for scheduling, estimating, budgeting, optimizing project plans and team building. You will learn to lead improvement initiatives that result in measurable growth on return on investment, sales, and customer and employee satisfaction.

Format

The 40 hour Project Management program is offered on five Friday sessions from January 31 to March 28, 2025, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Cost

The program is $2,500 per person. All 5 sessions must be attended to receive the certificate. Registration fees cover program materials, a Mercer certificate of completion, and instruction. Special pricing is available for current Mercer University students, faculty and staff, alumni, and for three or more individuals registering from the same organization.

Cory Jackson

Cory Jackson has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, and he joined BB&T Bank now Truist in 2015. Jackson has served as a Community Business Development Officer, Retail Small Business Leader for the Northern GA Region, and was promoted to SVP/Virtual Retail Banking and Associate Banking Manager for the EMSEG Enterprise in 2018.

Dr. Etienne Musonera is a Professor of Marketing in the School of Business, Mercer University (Atlanta, Georgia).
